We take Prep work seriously

Our process starts and ends right here. Even though our product is great, the success of our office starts with and is all about our prep work before we ever apply any of our coating.

Typically, a regular painter gives anywhere from a 0-2 year warranty. How much effort or concern do you think they’re going to put into the prep work? We are giving a 25 year non pro-rated warranty, so we have to make sure that we are doing everything necessary from the start of our project, to the end of the job.

Step One

The first step of our prep work is that we will power wash everything that we will be coating. We are not shampooing the areas, but we want to get all the dirt and dust off.

Step Two

Next we will scrape any loose paint off the surface and then begin to caulk using a high grade Elastomeric caulk. Then we will caulk some more, and then after that, we will caulk even more. You get the idea. It is very important that we seal ALL holes and gaps as well as around windows and doors to make sure that everything is sealed up to eliminate any way for water to create a problem.

This was one of our trim jobs, and we were only coating their soffit, fascia, and garage doors. All the white lines you see is our caulking.
