There are times when a customer has some rotted wood along with holes that will need to be repaired or replaced before we apply our coating. Once in a while, customers will get their own person to repair it before starting. However, we are very fortunate that we have several crews that are extremely skilled in repair work. We can replace all the bad areas and seal it up without our customers having to wait on their person to show up and hope that it was done correctly. Again, since we are offering a 25 year warranty, we are going to make sure that all the repair work has been done correctly.
